Return Policy

Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Contact us before posting or arranging freight for the item.

Prepare your request

Send the order number, the product and your reason for returning it, along with proof of purchase. We review the request and provide the correct destination and return instructions. An address printed on the delivered parcel is not automatically the return address.

Condition for a change of mind

Goods should be unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with every supplied part and accessory. Inspect the contents before using or assembling them. Items that have been used, altered or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Who pays the transport costs?

The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind, including oversized freight where needed. Original delivery fees are normally not refunded unless applicable law requires it. For a confirmed incorrect, faulty or transit-damaged item, we arrange an appropriate remedy and explain the relevant shipping arrangements.

After the return reaches us

We inspect the goods and email the result. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit; contact us if you need assistance checking the refund.

Something arrived wrong or damaged

Let us know promptly about a defect, damage or missing component, with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise nonconforming goods.
