Track Order

Tracking becomes available after an order is dispatched and the carrier records its first scan.

Use your shipping email

Open the shipping confirmation sent to the email address used at checkout and select its tracking link. A newly issued number may take time to show movement after the label is created.

Check your customer account

If you placed the order while signed in, visit your Nylorae account and open the relevant order. Guest customers should use the secure order-status link in their confirmation email.

No update or missing email?

Check spam and filtered folders first. Then email [email protected] with the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Delivery issue

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not present, check the delivery area and ask household members or building staff. Contact us promptly if it remains missing. For damage or missing parts, keep the packaging and provide clear photographs.
