Nylorae currently offers Standard Shipping across configured destinations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, selected North American and Caribbean destinations, and China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.

Rates

Standard Shipping is USD 6 for merchandise subtotals below USD 36. Free Shipping applies from a merchandise subtotal of USD 36. Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to confirm that the selected product and destination are eligible.

Preparation and dispatch

Order preparation begins after payment confirmation. Processing can vary by item and fulfillment location. When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email after dispatch; carrier movement may appear only after the first scan.

Estimated delivery

Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate. Carrier operations, holidays, weather, customs and address checks can affect timing. Items in one order may arrive separately.

International orders

The recipient may need to pay destination duties, taxes or import charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Address or delivery problems

Email support@nylorae.com promptly with the order number if an address needs correction or a shipment is missing, damaged or incomplete. Keep the packaging and provide photographs for damage or missing parts.
